Isn't it nice that you don't have to be a V.I.P. but only a normal, though very tired guest of the Café Tambosi in Munich to be offered these comfortable seats?
I will sit down a bit, the Hofgarten at the back of the Cafè, (of course I will write about it on gardeninginhighheels.blogspot.com)
with a view on the Feldherrenhalle and the Theatinerkirche:
And I have to think a bit about blogging on three blogs, and its effects on 'real work'.
The only thing I will do the next days is stirring my coffee (yes, some more sugar, please!),
and enjoy (already back in Berlin) the
Dolce far niente.

Hello Britta:
We have an open invitation to visit friends in Munich and we really must do this one day. Your photographs once more make us keen to spend time there and it is so easy to reach from Budapest that we really have no excuse.
The Café Tambosi is surely calling our names it looks wonderful!!
Britta, if you end up pairing down to one blog, please let me know which one you choose!
The chairs do look very inviting, it would be hard to walk past. It looks like lovely weather as I sit here with rain teeming down outside! x
I can hardly manage one blog, let alone two or three, so it comes as no surprise that you may stir your coffee and ponder it all a while. I'll be interested to see where you come out, as I myself plan to step back a bit soon and think what my "real work" is going to be going forward (I retire from my lawyering end of this month, though in our house we are calling it rewiring, which I think much more to the point).
Your pictures have such a relaxing effect that I don't feel like going to work today. I will, but I will be having visions of sitting at that cafe and sipping a latte. It's too early for a glass of wine.
Opulent and relaxing. You have exquisite taste and are a woman of class. I would kiss the back of your hand should ever we met.
Three blogs! How do you manage?? Munich looks lovely. My husband is of German descent and he keeps asking me to join him for a trip to Germany. But there are so many other places I want to visit in Europe! After reading this and looking at your photos, though, I think I should indulge him. ;)
Dear Jane and Lance,
Munich is such a lovely city! Especially with sun! If you go there give a hint in advance - maybe we are visting our son and our daughter in law (though after the accedent husband will have to wait a long time with travelling)
Dear Suze,
I will! It is so difficult to decide...
Dear Plaits and Paisley,
the weather was wonderful - sorry to hear that it rains at the moment in your country! We need a rest in the next time...
Dear Sue,
less you on your blogs will be a loss for us! But I can understand it fully - and wish you a happy rewiring!!
Dear Walk2write,
I drank coffee too - but a real Bavarian will drink a beer - it is seen as nourishment, not as alcohol, haha.
Dear Tony,
I love such a nice compliment - you made my day, in style!
Dear Jayne,
I think Munich is worth a visit - my friends from abroad are always enjoying it. And Italy is so near!
